At Mizutani, we do not use a cast system, instead, we adhere to our traditional methods of handcrafting our shears from start to finish. The SWORD series has been built for power, but the D17 is a great precision tool, while the D19 is at the top of the pact when it comes to durability and strength.
The feeling of fingers on wood while cutting is a unique experience that you shouldn’t miss. We use Olive wood for the wood handles on these shears.
